In case of fire you will find a fire drencher in every floor.

Please look up the emergency exit.
Plans of the exits you will find at your apartment.

We would appreciate to provide you a cot with clothes and a chair.

If you have forgotten anything for your child, we will try to help you.

Please do not forget to include all accompanying guests in the online check-in, including children and babies.

For a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm and keep noise to a minimum.

Please be considerate of our other guests during this time.

You can use our WLAN for free, you need no password.

All apartments can be reached by elevator.

A waste disposal area is available in the driveway.

Please dispose of glass and cans in the ski room.

We kindly ask you to separate your waste carefully and dispose of glass, paper, cans, plastic and organic waste separately.

Please do not smoke at our apartments and rooms!

For Smokers we have located an ashtray at the balcony.

In winter, the sauna can be availed of 3 p.m. until 9. p.m. daily.

In summer on request, please register on the day of use in the morning so that the sauna can be heated for you.

Please take good care of your apartment key and keep it with you throughout your stay, as our reception is not staffed.

Upon check-in, you will receive the code for the main entrance, rear entrance, lobby and sauna. You will also receive a key that locks both your apartment and your ski locker.

We kindly ask you to keep the main entrance and rear entrance closed at all times.

For each apartment there is a heated skibox for complete ski equipment.

A fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available for your use. The cost is €2 per washing or drying cycle.

An iron and ironing board are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bathrobes can be found in the apartment.

Bathing and sauna towels are available in the relaxation area.
