The Pfefferbauer is leaded by Monika and Anton Pfeffer junior, but Rosi and Anton Pfeffer senior are keen on answering your questions and satisfying a wish every now and then. The ladies and gentlemen from the tourist office in Zell am See will help you with your personally plans of your vacation.

Business hours tourist office: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In case of fire you will find a fire drencher in every floor.

Please look up the emergency exit.
Plans of the exits you will find at your apartment.

We would appreciate to provide you a cot with clothes and a chair.

If you have forgotten anything for your child, we will try to help you.

You can use our WLAN for free, you need no password.

We have a little room to play for our little guests.

To all parents, please releave the room tidy and do not damage our furnitures. Thank you! Besides we have also games for nice playing evenings at our restaurant or for your apartment. Please just ask for them.

All apartments can be reached by elevator.

We have a little hut for waste at our pass next to the house. Please separate glass, paper, boxes, plastic and organic waste!

Please do not smoke at our apartments and rooms!

For Smokers we have located an ashtray at the balcony.

In winter, the sauna can be availed of 3 p.m. until 9. p.m. daily.

In summer on request, please register on the day of use in the morning so that the sauna can be heated for you.

Please take care to your apartment key and keep this for the duration staying with you, because our reception is not manned.

At check-in you will receive the code for the outside door, back door, lobby and sauna. In addition, you get the key that locks the apartment and skibox.

The key opens the back door. Please block it from 10 p.m. on.

For each apartment there is a heated skibox for complete ski equipment.

Fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer (coin: € 2.-).

Ironing facilities are always available for you.

Bathrobes can be found in the apartment.

Bathing and sauna towels are available in the relaxation area.
